Find a positive trait in someone you don’t like. Yep, even if they have totally irritated, hurt or angered you, find one redeeming aspect of this person that you could admire (even if it’s just their taste in coffee – you have to start somewhere!)
Go on, push yourself to come up with a couple more good points. Too hard? Too easy? Move on to another person. Notice how you feel when you think happy thoughts. Hang on to them and enjoy the rest of your day.
