Ang’s comment brings up a great point as to why do Xocai representatives generally ask to organise a 3 way chat before they “sell” you a box of chocolate.
Personally, I also see the 3 way as a way for us to help you in regards to customer service.
It’s really no different to the meet n greets I do for my primary (pet sitting) business. In the meet n greet there is the client (Ang) as well as myself (the owner) and usually my back up or one of my sub-contractors. It’s a three way meeting except face to face instead of via Skype.
The only reason is because if the client has any questions that the sub-contractor cannot answer I’m there happy to help answer. Not to mention, the three way chat is a great way for us to help you know how everything works instead of us going … here’s the website you work it out. Not everyone is tech savvy. You may not automatically know about the auto ship and lots of other options to you as a customer because this information is usually only given to you via a Xocai distributor 🙂
None the less, if you would like to purchase for personal use go ahead. Every Xocai representative is ultimately a customer because we all purchase for personal use not just “for the business”. In my case my personal use extends to my primary (pet sitting) business because I leave little baggies of the chocolate behind as a thank you.
